Shipping Policy

Once you have ordered your gemstone or any other product of ours whether it be Rudraksha, Navratan jewelry, Idols, or Beads & Bracelets, we will ship your order as soon as possible. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in perfect condition, we only ship through reputed and trusted courier agencies.

Our shipping policies vary depending on the location. Please note that shipping days may vary depending on the destination as well.


Shipping In India - Free Shipping All Over India

For orders with a formal address in India, there are no shipping charges. Once you have ordered, your product will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 Working days.

For the most remote locations, it can take up to 7 to 10 working days. This is because we have a connection with the different courier agencies in different parts of the country. And every agency has its own policies.


International Shipping

International Shipping is available by Rashi Ratan Bhagya in most countries including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, etc. 

There are shipping charges for International orders according to the Courier service partners. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination. The shipping charges cost around 91$ [INR 7000].

We do not charge any extra fees from our side. Whatever your product will weigh, the courier services will charge as per their international standards.

Generally, Most of the orders are delivered within a time range of 7 to 10 working days. However, there are some countries that take more time to reach so particular orders can take up to 15 working days.


Custom Clearance Rules

In some countries, international packages have to go through a security check and need costumes clearance. This can charge some additional charges which include taxes or import duties. These charges have to be paid by you. You will be informed through the services about the charges.

We request you be aware of the shipment policies of the country you want your order in. The customs clearance in the country you want to be shipped to will have a particular time gap for you to pay the fee and get your package. If you fail to do so, the department has the right to destroy your shipment. In that case, we are not bound to pay any refund to you.

Also, for some high-amount orders, you might have to show identification at the time of delivery as per the customs clearance policy.

Please Note:- We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible. Due to product characteristics, or availability, we might have to pack in more than one packaging. Hence, you will receive the order accordingly.

The order Package is delivered to a particular address only. If you like to get your order delivered to different addresses, we request you order separately for each address.


Ques. What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Your product will be safely delivered to you right at your doorstep on the promising day. In case the customer fails to take the order at the provided address at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for the late delivery. Then you need to contact the courier services for the delivery.

Ques. How can I track my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a date of dispatch. Your order will be packed and sent to the courier services in a day or two by our company. The courier services will provide us the tracking number which we will forward to you. You can track the status of your order easily on the official website or through their app.

Ques. How long will the order take to reach me?

The order will reach you at the time mentioned above for national and international orders. Any Public/National holidays between the days of ‘Date of Dispatch’ and ‘Date of Delivery’ might delay the delivery by a day or two.

Ques. What if I get damaged packaging?

Before accepting delivery of the goods please check your packaging. If you have not gotten your product in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at +91- 9982212456 or mail us at [email protected]

Ques. Is there a return policy?

We would like to request you to check your product as soon as possible. If you have not gotten your product or in case it is damaged we have a proper return policy. You can return your order in a 10-days period of time.
