Return and Exchange Policy

Rashiratanbhagya.com offers a very simple and transparent 10 Days Return & Exchange policy applicable on all orders from India or International.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Exchange Policy:

    1. 1. Products must be in their original, unused condition,with tag (if applicable).
    2. 2. The products returned will be inspected and checked by our team.
    3. 3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Return & Exchange Policy
    4. 4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, original lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

    Return Policy on Loose Gemstones and Rudraksha

    For loose gemstones and rudraksha, if you want to return the products, you will be paid 100% of invoice price within the 10 Day period by meeting the above eligible conditions. Note: Shipping charges, VAT, duties, payment gateway charges are not refundable.

    Return Policy on Custom Jewellery

    If we create any custom jewellery on your demand (ring, pendant, bracelet, etc.) with loose Gemstones or Rudraksha then these cannot be returned for Money. In such a case you can place a return request with 10 days of delivery to request for a webstore credit, worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website. The custom jewellery should not be worn and have proper tags.

    Important Notes:

      1. 1. Shipping Charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.
      2. 2. Return Shipment Charges and Insurance is at customer's cost.
      3. 3. Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not refunded to us.
      4. 4. For Razorpay payment gateway, this is 2.36% for all payments using Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking (except for American Express, which is 4.72%); For PayU it is 2%; For Paypal, this is 5.00%. All aforementioned charges are inclusive of applicable GST (18%)
      5. 5. Any additional laboratory certificate that has been ordered for the product, apart from the free certificate given by us, and/or additional Pooja/Energization charges, shall not be refunded and the Customer has to bear its cost.
      6. 6. Any Special Requests, made by customer shall be borne by customer.
      7. 7. Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

      Ques. When does the 10-Day Return Period Start?

      The 10-Day period starts from the day that you receive your product, as shown by our courier records.

      Ques. I am unable to return the original packaging and lab certificate along with the product. Is it possible to return the loose gemstone in this case?

      We need the products, lab certificates, invoices, discount coupons, packaging etc. whatever have come with the parcel. If any of these are not available, you will not receive a 100% refund. If you want Partial or Complete Exchange or Store Credit, you can contact our Customer Care team. We will try to help you out with the best possible support.

      Ques. I have purchased two or more loose gemstones/products. I want to return one of them. Is it allowed?

      Yes, you can do so! Contact our Customer Care team to know about the return procedure. You must return the same within the 10 days return duration.

      Ques. I want to return a product/order. What is the procedure?

      Follow the procedure outlined below:

      1. First, you need to talk to our Customer Care team to receive a Return Authorization.

      2. Make sure to have each of the original objects, which you have received with the product, such as Original or Copy of the Invoice, Original Product Certificate, documentation, packaging, discount coupons, lab certificates, and so on.

      3. Start packing the products carefully. Contact a prominent courier service and send the items via the same. Do not forget to get the insurance of the package.

      4. Know about the courier tracking information and let us update about the same. To know about our address, contact our Customer Care team.

      5. Moreover, you need to find out which courier service accepts jewellery. Do research about their service and customer reviews before finalising them. Once everything seems perfect, you can proceed to the next process.

      Caution: Never write the name “Rashi Ratan Bhagya” or the name of any product or jewellery-related words on the exterior of the package. Otherwise, it could invite unnecessary attention from thieves.

      Ques. Is it possible to return a gemstone that I bought from Rashi Ratan Bhagya and is adorned in a ring?

      Custom Jewellery is not refundable but you can get a store credit of 75% of the paid amount as per our policy. Speak with our Customer Care team to learn more.
