Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join the growing team at Rashiratanbhagya.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and converting leads into successful sales through multiple communication channels such as calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, understands client requirements, and is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience while building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to incoming leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and provide detailed guidance about products and services.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure trust, satisfaction, and a smooth buying experience.
• Follow up with leads regularly and professionally to maximize sales conversions.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or client handling (experience in the jewelry or luxury industry will be an added advantage).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to confidently manage clients independently across multiple communication platforms.
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, email handling, and WhatsApp Business.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a customer-centric mindset.

Education

Graduation in Any Stream / Master in any stream

Experience

Preferably 2+ years of experience in relevant field would be an advantage.
